Our Associate Attorney, Nichole A. Harden, joined the firm in September 2019. Attorney Harden practices all areas of Bankruptcy Law, with a special interest in Chapters 7, 11, and 13.
Attorney Harden comes to us from Oklahoma, where she earned her Juris Doctor from The University of Tulsa College of Law in December 2013 and was admitted to the Oklahoma Bar in April 2014. Before relocating to Texas in 2018, Attorney Harden spent years representing low-income individuals, families, veterans, and military service members in various civil matters. Her primary areas of practice included Veterans Benefits and Appeals, Chapter 7 Consumer Bankruptcy, and Mortgage Foreclosure Defense.
Attorney Harden maintains her Oklahoma license to practice while her Texas State Bar application is pending. She is admitted to practice in the Northern District of Texas, the Northern District of Texas Bankruptcy Court, the State of Oklahoma, and the Northern and Eastern Districts of Oklahoma Federal and Bankruptcy Courts.
